We used Alamo on the front end of our trip & had them drop us off at port. Here is car rental info for the 3 companies that have pickup/dropoff spots at Pier 91 where Princess comes in. Info is current as of last Sept (2017) and probably has not changed since then.

I found the Quick Shuttle comfortable and convenient, and I liked that I didn’t need a taxi to reach the cruise terminal. While the port offers no long-term parking, the Bell Street Pier Garage offers long-term stays across the street. However, being downtown, expect to pay a hefty fee of USD 35 per day. On arrival, cruise passengers may be offered soft drinks while waiting to board but there are no cafes actually at the cruise terminal. However, there is plenty of seating with a great waterfront view and restrooms are available. Flat rate and metered taxi services are readily available from SEA, along with rideshare services including Uber and Lyft.
Located in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle is The Mediterranean Inn, offering a shuttle service at the cost of approx. Charges will be around $10.00 to $12.00 per person depending on which cruise port. While the hotel doesn’t offer its own shuttle service, they will arrange your transportation to either pier.
